- Camera and Photo Library Access: The App requires access to your device's camera to scan business cards and may request access to your photo library if you choose to import images of business cards.

Business card data and extracted contact information are stored:

- In your Odoo CRM system once synchronized

CardSync AI requires the following permissions to function properly:
- Camera: To scan business cards using your device's camera
- Photo Library/Storage: To access and import images of business cards from your device
- Internet Access: To communicate with our servers and your Odoo CRM system
- Network State: To determine if an internet connection is available
You can manage these permissions through your device settings, but limiting certain permissions may affect the App's functionality.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us, and we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
